Who are we?

YAYASAN PENGGUNA NEGARA MALAYSIA (YPNM) is a JPM-affiliated non-governmental organisation established on 23 December 2019. It aids in the protection of consumer rights from fraud and oppression by anyone, including shops, traders, government organisations, and other private parties. With the responsibility of defending a consumer’s or a community’s rights from any part of an issue, and more specifically, its mission is to protect consumer health and safety, as well as to care for and preserve the environment for the benefit of both consumers and society. Provide road safety education, preserve government-provided public facilities for consumer use, and build inter-racial unity.
