YAYASAN PENGGUNA NEGARA MALAYSIA (YPNM) is an NGO under the JPM authority. It helps protect the rights of consumers from being fraud and oppressed by any party whether shopkeepers, traders, government agencies or other private parties.
It is also in a period of reform and transformation. The government, business and consumer groups of Malaysia are the triangle of the economic community and are inseparable.
Therefore, the connection and harmonious interaction between politics, business and consumer groups, the upside and downside effects of policies, the promotion of consumer human rights, and the contribution of business, especially the private sector to the economy can all be time effective which brings the country into the pulse of a new era.
