Successful Conflict Management Skills Training at CSSC Kuching!

Yayasan Pengguna Negara Malaysia, Wilayah Sarawak YPNM Kuching had proudly hosted the “Conflict Management Skills At The Workplace” training session at CSSC Kuching!

马来西亚国家消费者基金会 (YPNM) 古晋分会在 古晋社区福利支援中心成功举办了职场冲突管理技能培训！

🎉 This program was specially designed for Managers and Supervisors across all industries, offering invaluable tools for effective conflict resolution and fostering a harmonious work environment. We were delighted to have a diverse group of participants, including representatives from several F&B companies, with some being proud members of the Sarawak Restaurant Association. These included Able Solve Sdn Bhd, Zancha Enterprise, Oishi Sushi Aeroville Sdn Bhd, Oishi Express Sdn Bhd, and Life Cafe Kuching Sdn Bhd.

🎉 该课程特别为各行业的老板，人事经理和主管们量身打造，并提供了高效解决职场员工冲突和促进和谐的工作环境。我们非常高兴能迎来来自各个行业的多元化参与者，其中包括来自砂拉越餐饮协会的几家知名餐饮企业的员工。这些企业包括： Able Solve Sdn Bhd、Zancha Enterprise、Oishi Sushi Aeroville Sdn Bhd、Oishi Express Sdn Bhd 和 Life Cafe Kuching Sdn Bhd。

The training was expertly led by Mr. Winston Chang Ming Yap, Secretary of YPNM Kuching, an HRDC Accredited Trainer with nearly 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Chang provided invaluable insights and strategies to help participants tackle workplace conflicts effectively and foster a more harmonious work environment.

此次培训是由马来西亚国家消费者基金会，古晋分会秘书、拥有近30年行业经验的HRDC认证培训师郑铭业先生（Mr. Winston Chang Ming Yap）专业教导。郑先生为参与者提供了宝贵的见解和策略，帮助他们有效处理职场冲突并营造更和谐的工作环境。

The program covered four essential modules:
1️⃣ Common Causes of Conflicts
2️⃣ The Core Foundation of Conflict Management
3️⃣ The X-FACTOR of Conflict
4️⃣ Understanding Human Personality Types

培训内容涵盖四个关键模块：
1️⃣ 冲突的常见原因
2️⃣ 冲突管理的核心基础
3️⃣ 冲突的关键因素
4️⃣ 人类性格类型的解析

Mr. Jimmy Ling, Chairman of YPNM Kuching cum Secretary of YPNM Sarawak, shared “This training, valued at RM 288 per person, has been fully sponsored by YPNM Sarawak to allow our participants to join at “NO Cost”. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and attendees have highly recommended this program to others seeking to strengthen their conflict management skills in the workplace. YPNM Sarawak is excited to bring this training program across the whole of Sarawak to benefit all entrepreneurs and businesses.”
