Yayasan Pengguna Negara Malaysia (YPNM) Miri Branch has officially Launched

Yayasan Pengguna Negara Malaysia (YPNM) Miri Branch has officially launched today on 22/02/2023, located at Lot 2089, First Floor, Jalan Krokop Utama, 98000 Miri, Sarawak.

YPNM Miri Branch Standing Committee are:

Vice Chairman – Mr. Jason Chieng Lee Wee

Yayasan Pengguna Negara Malaysia is an NGO registered under and governed by Prime Minister’s Department. Our main role is to protect the rights of consumers from oppression and deception by any third parties such as shopkeepers, traders, government agencies and private companies.

YPNM focused on Three (3) main missions which consist and comprise “EDUCATION, TRANSFORMATION & IMPLEMENTATION”. We shall from time to time organize seminars to educate the consumers about their rights provided under the law of Malaysia and at the same time, transform them to be responsible and smart consumers.

We also work closely with Government Agencies, especially the KPDN in order to create awareness and implement the Government’s policies among the community. Apart from that, YPNM Miriwill be involved and engaged with the relevant agencies to do charity in
order to help the necessary parties.
